Yes! We deliver to all counties in Kenya for a flat fee of KSh 500.

2. How long does delivery take?

• Nairobi: 1–3 days

• Other towns: 3–5 days

3. What payments do you accept?

We accept M-Pesa and Cash on Delivery.

4. What happens if my item arrives defective?

We offer exchanges for defective items reported within 7 days.

5. Can I return something if I change my mind?

Unfortunately no — we only accept returns for defective items.

6. Do you have a physical shop?

We are located in Nairobi CBD, but we operate primarily online to keep prices affordable.

7. How do I track my order?

You will receive updates after dispatch. The courier may also contact you on delivery day.

8. Can I make special delivery requests?

Yes — just email or message us before delivery is shipped.
