Delivery Fees

We charge a flat delivery fee of KSh 500 nationwide.
Whether you're in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, Meru, Nyeri, Nakuru, or any other town — the delivery fee stays the same. No surprises.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During peak seasons or sales, processing may take slightly longer, but we always aim to be as fast as possible.

Delivery Time

Once your order is dispatched, delivery usually takes:

  • 1–3 days for Nairobi and surrounding areas

  • 3–5 days for other parts of Kenya

  • Remote regions may take slightly longer due to courier schedules
