1. Pricing

  • All prices are in KSh and include VAT where applicable.

  • Delivery fee is a flat KSh 500 per order.

2. Payment

We accept:

  • M-Pesa

  • Cash on Delivery
    Payment is required in full before dispatch (except COD orders).

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • You will receive updates as your order progresses.

4. Shipping

  • Delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

  • SokoHub is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unavoidable external factors.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Exchanges are offered only for defective or damaged items reported within 7 days.

  • Non-defective items are not eligible for return or refund.

6. Product Information

We do our best to ensure accuracy, but:

  • Colors, materials, or packaging may vary slightly.

  • Some product images may appear slightly different due to lighting.

7. Liability

SokoHub is not responsible for:

  • Misuse of any product

  • Incorrect installation of appliances

  • Damage caused after delivery

Your personal information is protected and handled according to our Privacy Policy.
