Returns & Exchanges Policy

At SokoHub, we want every customer to feel confident when placing an order.
If anything arrives defective, damaged, or not working as expected, we’ll gladly exchange it for you.

What We Accept

We accept exchanges only for:

  • Defective items

  • Damaged items

  • Items that arrive not functioning

We do not offer returns for change of mind or for non-defective products.

Exchange Window

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at info@sokohubke.com

  2. Include your:

    • Order number

    • Name

    • Phone number

    • Clear description of the issue

    • Photos or videos of the defect (helps speed up processing)

  3. We will review and confirm the exchange.

  4. We’ll arrange the pickup or replacement instructions.

Conditions for Exchange

  • Product must be in the same condition you received it.

  • Packaging and accessories should be kept intact.

  • Only one exchange is allowed per order.

  • If the exact item is out of stock, we will replace it with an equivalent item after consulting with you.

Items Not Eligible

  • Products damaged through misuse

  • Items without any functional defect

  • Items reported after 7 days
